Budin!

Budin is a mix between cake and pan dulce, it's amazing. Honey, bananas, cinnamon, raisins(if you're daring like me), milk, pan frances...it's soooo sweet and the perfect companion with a dark coffee.

This week was a busy week with the womens group, which is always a joy for me. Part of the activities included making Budin as a group, there are many women in the community who swear they don't know how to make it-shocking I know! The truth is, you need an oven to make this lovely dish, and many people (safe to say most people) don't have ovens or don't use them.
